Job DescriptionDirect Fulfillment Operations Coordinator* Drive operational execution at Direct Fulfillment site * Manage and oversee direct fulfillment capacity for assigned products* Collaborate with product engineering on the implementation of Engineering Change Orders, ensuring direct fulfillment processes are modified and direct fulfillment inventory is dis-positioned as required.* Track product quality at direct fulfillment for assigned products, proactively monitoring product yields across the companys processes. Drive closed loop feedback across Manufacturing on related issue* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate quality alerts on assigned products, acting as the lead representative for direct fulfillment on line stops, stop ships, and associated quality issues.* Ensure direct fulfillment contract manufacturer executes on receipt, transformation, and fulfillment of products such that customer orders are fulfilled on time while meeting quality specifications* Collaborate internally with Planning, Order Scheduling, and Logistics teams to achieve customer requirements and on time ship goals * Participate in company critical events-- Quarter end, and Physical inventory on non-working days, if needed. Requirements* Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing or supply chain related field in high tech industry.* Bachelors degree.* Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast pace environment* Ability to influence and motivate internal and external partners* Strong written and verbal communication skills Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
