Job DescriptionLead Development Representative:This position will report to the Lead Development Lead and Director of Sales. * Will qualify, dispatch leads and present orders for products and services over the phone.* Help develop an established script to use when calling prospects.* Perform various calling campaigns as coordinated by the marketing department.* Calls to prospective customers/prospects in designated market area to qualify opportunities.* Various other tasks that may be assigned by the direct supervisors.* Basic computer knowledge word/Excel/ Outlook:* Heavy Inbound/outbound calling/customer service experience.* Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.* Ability to multi-task and establish priorities..* Must have ability to exercise independent judgment to deal with prospects' issues.* Must be capable of producing results independently with minimum supervision.Requirements* Fluency/Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.* 1- 2 yrs Experience in Customer Service Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
