Job DescriptionIndependently handle inbound and outbound phone calls with consumers.Quickly build client rapport and interact with consumers with confidence.Determine eligibility for federal tax subsidies of consumers using guidelines.Clearly explain complex health insurance plan details to consumers.Advise and enroll qualified consumers into health insurance plans based on their needs and financial preferences.Meet sales, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance goals in an environment with clear performance standards for productivity, efficiency, attendance and shift schedule adherence.Apply regular call feedback and coaching by Sales Team Managers.Develop a deep understanding and mastery of products and services.Participate in developing recommendations on how to improve internal processes, tools, and operating procedures.RequirementsMust have outstanding verbal communication skills.Proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales goals and performance standards.Minimum of 1 year Sales experience, preferably in Inside Sales or a call/contact center.1-3 years of experience interacting directly with customers.Excellent phone Sales skills.Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships quickly.Strong moral compass, with adherence to internal policies and procedures.Ownership attitude, attention to detail, and desire to get things done quickly and well.Desire to make a difference, combined with a willingness to take action.Passion for continuous learning and improvement.Must be well organized and have excellent time management skills.Ability to effectively use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.Proficient in Microsoft applications, and ability to use Web-based applications.High level of comfort with change, and flexibility.Education and Insurance LicensingCollege degree preferred.
