Temp-to-Hire Assembler Roles- Opportunity in Clintonville!

Job DescriptionKelly Services is partnering with a client in Clintonville, who makes plastic paper towel dispensers. The "Production" person will take plastic halves of assembly line, assembling dispenser, and packaging dispenser. This role is 2nd Shift from 3:45pm-12am. Other responsibilities include: -Produce quality product in a safe manner as instructed-Operate molding machine and related equipment-Fully understand the quality requirements for the parts you are producing as described in the quality item binders-Inspect product for quality and functionality according to quality item binders, QA guidelines, and instructions. -Work in a safe manner at all times. -Assemble sub components to full assembly. -Follow standard operating procedures for packaging and loading product. -Complete production-related paperwork as outlined by standard operating procedure. -Maintain clean work environment. Requirements-Six months or more of manufacturing experience-Good hand-eye coordination-Needs to be able to count and effectively stack boxes-Attention to detail; ability to detect quality issues in product-No degree required, High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. -Forklift experience a plus.
