Machine Operator

Job DescriptionA qualified candidate will work with a unique custom-made machine.Performs repetitive operations on small standardized parts to close tolerances using basic machine shop equipment, including but not limited to drills, mills, lathes, presses grinders, tumblers and sanders. The machines require a mechanically skilled hand to set up and to ensure smooth operation. To ensure smooth operation machines need from time-to-time to be adjusted mechanically for example by aligning mechanical parts and by identifying and correcting causes of faults in the mechanical operation. On-the-job training will be provided.The hours for this position are 2nd shift 2:30pm-11pm Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Machine operation and machine tuning and maintenance and select repairs- Loading of raw material to machines- Support in the packaging process of products, e.g. box stapling, closure and pallet packing and wrapping- Produced goods are light weight and but will have some heavy lifting Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
