This position offers the opportunity for growth, competitive compensation with benefits and employment with a company with strong values.Previous Dispatch or Project Management experience preferredExperience in a construction related industry a plusManagement experience is a mustResponsibilities: - Making and receiving customer calls.- Managing,Dispatching, tracking and scheduling technicians.- Creating and dispatching work orders.- Following up on pricing, processes and invoicing.- Administering the check in/checkout process of technicians.- Following up with customers, making call backs and assisting with customer satisfaction surveys.- Tracking tech trainings and site access.Skills Leadership SkillsExceptional telephone and personal customer service skillsAbility to work under pressureExcellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skillsBasic financial knowledge of accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc.Strong organizational skills and manage multiple projects tasks simultaneouslyFlexibility in a demanding work environmentProactive behavior Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
