Assembly - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionThis position will be responsible for a variety of assemblies and tasks depending on the cell placed in. These responsibilities may include assembly, testing and maintaining of targeted inventory levels, assembling and winding of leads, assembly of wire harnesses, cutting and cleaning large leads, crimping wire terminals, soldering, and use of hi-pot and other test equipment. Candidate will be required to cross train and rotate throughout cell and business unit as needed. Good organizational skills, self discipline, positive attitude and a customer first mentality are required to be successful in this position.Essential Functions:Balance the workload between target inventory and other demandsMust check daily target inventory levels and open/close job ordersPrioritize workload to meet daily and weekly production goalsOrder materialsRequirementsMinimum Qualifications:Must have a high school diploma or equivalent1 year assembly or manufacturing experience The ability to read and understand circuit and wiring diagrams 1 year of MRD and material ordering proceduresMust be able to comprehend bills of material and printsCross training is requiredMust possess good manual dexterity, and hand eye coordinationBe able to stand for up to 12 hours per dayLift up to 50 lbsOvertime is requiredMust possess basic computer skillsGood communication skills Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
