AMS Store and Shred is announcing opportunities for sales representative positions located in our Lake in the Hills, Illinois office. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to meet territory sales goals and objectives by servicing existing and new customer accounts. Maintaining and developing relationships with GPO-s, IDN-s and other clients for all AMS Programs and Services. Maintain and drive profitable sales growth in all areas/markets in our document management and medical waste businesses. This position is a combination of inside and outside sales covering a multistate territory.Essential Job Responsibilities: Drive profitable sales growth in existing accounts and with new customers across assigned territory for all AMS products and services. Ensure a high level of sales and service professionalism across the full spectrum of AMS customers. Execute marketing and sales plan priorities to achieve targeted sales and profitability objectives.- Coordinate with both internal and external business partners to achieve stated business objectives. Achieve quarterly sales goals adhering to all ethical sales practices and industry regulations. Responsible for accurately reporting and forecasting all sales activities, testing, territory expenses and written/automated reporting within deadlines as set forth by the AMS Shred and Store management team. Appropriately manage all company equipment and promotional materials according to company guidelines. Attend all company-sponsored sales and customer meetings as directed by the company (Sales, Plan of Action, National Sales Meetings, National and Regional Conferences). Actively pursue continuous learning and development on efficient sales, communication and product knowledge training.Requirements: BA/BS Degree preferred, not required Some sales experience or business experience preferred Knowledge of effective sales and management processes preferred Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Positive proactive -can do- approach; takes ownership of situations Demonstrated ability to function as both a team leader and member Documented record of performance and goal attainment Proficient in MS Office Suite 35% to 50% travel required Valid driver-s license in good standing required Must pass criminal background, drug and alcohol checksRequirements- H.S.
