Job DescriptionKelly Services has immediate openings for Plant Utility Workers in Hugo, MN! This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with a growing company and comes with excellent perks and benefits!OVERVIEW:-Employees will be working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment that produces grease and lubricants for various industrial applications.-Lifting and adding bags and liquid raw materials in mixer tanks -Loading and unloading freight-Stocking raw materials (forklift experience a plus but not necessary)SHIFT:-Monday to Friday-Must be flexible to work from 5am to 6pm, depending on production needsPAY & BENEFITS:-$15/hr-Eligible for EXCELLENT health and dental coverage after 90 days-401k: 3% added to account regardless of employee contribution-Christmas Bonuses-Free lunches provided on Fridays-Tight-knit work cultureRequirementsREQUIREMENTS:-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift-Flexibility working different areas throughout facility (employees will be trained)-HS Diploma or GED-Must have STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL and basic mathematical understanding-Must have STRONG WORK ETHIC Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
