Electronics Technicians needed in Draper, UT   Pay: 18/hr. Duration: Contract for 6 plus months   Job Description:  Performs electromechanical assembly, manufacturing, troubleshooting, service / repair and is responsible for the quality established for the units produced. The technician is responsible for maintaining a high level of integrity and company commitment. Reads parts drawings and or job work orders for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances, and tooling instructions such as fixtures, test equipment and determines sequence of operational steps. Reads schematics, diagrams and engineering test protocols. Determines fabrication requirements. Examines parts for defects and determines proper plan of action. Align, fit and assemble component parts into completed units using specified hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment templates and fixtures. Verifies parts list against the inventory in the work area to ensure accuracy. Performs testing using equipment such as, oscilloscopes, meters and computers. Interprets test data. Adjusts unit to meet calibration standards. Monitors and maintains the integrity of the equipment as it pertains to our in-house quality standards. Maintains process data for improvements and offers recommendations to processes where applicable. Assists in the setup of electronic testing processes.  Understands and follows Engineering Change Orders and Engineering Change Notifications (ECOs and ECNs).  May coordinate activities of workers engaged in repairing and testing, and train other employees.   Required Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent from 2 year college or technical school A minimum of 2 years technical experience in electronic environment: Military experience acceptable.   Important information: This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
