Today, we are proud to offer a contract Finish Operator position for a top Medical Device company in Raynham, MA.    Job Description: Finish Operator Location:  Raynham MA Shifts Available:  1st shift:   6am to 2pm M-F  2nd shift:   2pm to 10pm M-F 3rd shift:   10pm to 6am  M-F Overtime opportunities before and after any shift Pay Rates to start:  $15.00/hr + depending on experience and shift Summary:  As a Finish Operator, you will complete the finish deburring of plastic machined parts as well as complete the final inspection and packaging of the surgical medical product. Previous assembly or packaging experience is preferred, but not required.  Responsibilities: Required to perform final dimensional and visual inspection of finished products using blueprints / drawings and product specifications. Required to clean and assemble a variety of products prior to packaging in a control room environment. Required to package, box and label product according to specifications in a control room environment. Expected to prioritize work orders with other cell members so that production schedules are maintained and production goals are achieved. Expected to maintain inventory and perform periodic inventory cycle counts. Expected to accurately complete all product documentation (travelers/routers). Expected to follow and maintain quality compliance related documents / procedures within the cell. Expected to be involved in a team concept, which includes rotating jobs frequently. Expected to be a part of the 6S program which includes cleaning and maintaining the production area. Support shipping operations as necessary.   Qualifications: Must have a completed High School Diploma / GED Experience in a similar production, assembly or manufacturing environment preferred. Must be able to speak, read, write and take direction in English. Basic measuring skills using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc. preferred.
