Materials & Logistics Coordinator   Our client is a well funded startup company in Redmond focusing on the research and development of high performance healthcare devices. We are looking for an experienced technician to join their small but growing team. We need someone who is friendly and fun to match our culture, works hard and follows through on commitments.   Primary Responsibilities: Logistics Package product and miscellaneous shipments. Create domestic and international shipments through FedEx, UPS, Freight and other forwarders. Coordinate pick-up and delivery directly with forwarders. Create packing slips in ERP system.   Materials & Inventory Control Cycle count inventory. Receive parts on Purchase Orders, and catalog miscellaneous incoming goods. Incoming part inspection per provided inspection criteria. Pick parts to support production floor. Manage consumable inventory.   General Responsibilities Help to implement and maintain LEAN initiatives including Visual Factory, 5S, and Continuous Improvement. Ensure safety, organization and cleanliness of facility.   Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma. 2 years experience with shipping/logistics, material handling or inventory control. General knowledge of manufacturing environment: raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the manufacture of products. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Prior experience with ERP systems is a plus. Experience in the medical ultrasound field is preferred but not required. Familiarity with inspection equipment a plus but not required (Go-No-Go Gauges, Callipers, etc) Skills / Abilities: Excellent reading comprehension and verbal communication skills in the English language. Must be a self starter. Ability to work under minimum supervision with good time management skills.   Why Kelly®?
