Job DescriptionKelly Services is looking for a TOP NOTCH RECRUITER for our busy Southpoint office in Jacksonville!Must have experience handling high-volume, full cycle recruiting to be considered for this position!JOB OVERVIEW:As a proven Staffing Recruiter, you will be responsible for the organization's full recruitment process. In addition you will:-Develop, recommend and implement creative recruitment techniques to attract qualified candidates -Attend local career fairs, screen resumes, interview applicants and develop appropriate and effective job postings-Coordinate interviews with the hiring manager, complete reference checks, document recruitment activity and consult with hiring managers to schedule interviews and make the job offerREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:-The ideal and successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of high volume recruiting for exempt and non-exempt level positions -Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelAdditionally, the ideal and successful candidate will display the following key competencies:-Advanced ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing-Ability to evaluate applicant information and determine eligibilityRequired Education:- High School Diploma- Minimum of 2 to 3 years full-cycle, high volume recruitingRequirementsAs a Kelly Services employee, you have the option to enroll in these benefits: Health, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, short-term disability, and group life insurance.
