We provide employment to more than 700,000 people annually and we deal with some of the largest and best companies both nationally and locally.   As a Returns Representative III placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for the processing of product returns and exchanges including warranty research and verification, administering product trade-in and upgrade programs, and complaint handling. The secondary responsibility is to support the Domestic Customer Service Department in an order entry capacity when necessary.    Job Responsibilities: Process international & domestic product returns, repairs, exchanges and service notifications Research & Process warranty research and verification on many products Process product complaints received from domestic and international customers; including all required quality data. Research and resolve billing discrepancies that arise as the result of orders and returns processed. This will involve the entry of credit and debit memos as necessary.  General Requirements: Education High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of college with preferable.  3 years + experience in customer service.
