Job DescriptionKelly Services is Hiring for Call Center Reps in Downtown Kansas City for DST Systems. Classes to start in late May$11.50 hour and Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm!Job Profile: Our Customer Service Representatives accurately respond to inbound investment telephone inquiries from the shareholders, broker/dealer groups, and the client companies about investment processing, reconciliation, statuses, and other general information; which often involves research and problem solving skills. These Representatives ensure the callers receive the best service through accurate and timely responses. They use online systems to service callers. Our Representatives follow established policies and procedures and are accountable for adherence to work schedules, availability standards, and quality expectations. Skills needed are: -Previous call center background, or strong customer service role, and computer skills -Written and verbal communication skills -Attention to detail -Able to work without a script-Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center- Financial Focus a plus--Collections, etc-Must be able to work without a script-Position requires a self-starter that can train with multiple people Overtime is mandatory during peak seasons.
