Clean room Operator - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTION: Assembles small parts/components following complex patterns/diagrams, modifying printed circuit boards, interpreting blueprints or technical drawings. May do soldering by machine or hand. May serve as a work group leader or trainer.SKILLS: Ability to follow established procedures. Clean room environment. Basic computer skills.- Working in a clean room wearing a full bunny suit (no makeup; perfume; hairspray, etc.)- Responsible for operations associated with wafer fabrication, including thin films, photolithography, electroplating, etching, lapping and probe- Perform set-up, calibration and preventative maintenance tasks on wafer fabrication equipment, encompassing various aspects of wafer manufacturing and engineering technician functions- Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization- Perform in-process operations such as assembly, measuring, visual inspection and electrical testing to ensure processes and products meet specifications- Use sophisticated customized programs to track and control material and equipment in the production process- May operate equipment used in the process such as microscopes, coaters, aligners, steppers, developers, lapping machines, electroplating stations, high vacuum sputtering, probe, ion mills, chemical etch stations, profilometers, x-ray fluorescence, atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy- Ability to lift up to 50 poundsThis is an entry-level position.
