LA10 - Assembly Worker - Full-time / Part-time

Kelly Services has partnered with our client, a large medical device company in Boulder CO, and seeking entry-level Assembler roles for 1st, 2nd and 3rd hour shifts. This site is dedicated to the development and production of electrical tools for laparoscopic procedures. No experience is required, but if you have an assembly line manufacturing background, you may be paid more. You will be making $10.75/hour - $16/hour based on your years of experience and shift. Most of the open positions are 24 month temporary openings, but the third shift positions are 90 day temp to hire opportunities (depending on attendance and performance). Please see below for more information regarding this amazing position. *Immediate interviews available *Scheduling facility tours for this week Sign-on Bonus Information/Requirements: $1000 bonus after 90 days for anyone selected for 3rd shift Candidates must meet the following during 90 days of assignment: - No unplanned / unapproved absences in the first 90 days - No Safety issues - Positive performance reviews Available Shift Information: * 3rd shift - 11pm to 7am (Mon-Fri) * 12 Hour Night Shift - 6pm to 6am (rotating schedule) * 12 Hour Day Shift – 6am to 6pm (rotating schedule) * 12 Hour shifts will follow the below work schedule: * Week 1 -- Wed, Thur, Fri * Week 2 -- Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun Job Duties: * Individuals will be assembling and packaging medical devices in a climate controlled, semi-clean room environment. * You will be working at a fast pace and with small parts.
