Full-Time Service Technician-Commercial Equipment

Job DescriptionKelly Services is currently recruiting for a qualified Service Repair Technician to become an integral part of our customer's team! Qualified candidates will repair all types of used restaurant equipment including refrigeration. Refrigeration Licensed is preferred but not required.Position responsibilities are but are not limited to:- Repair commercial equipment such as slicers, mixers, ranges, refrigeration equipment etc.- Determine disposition of equipment received if it`s worth repairing or junked- Communicate with Sale men when items are ready for sale- Maintain work area to insure it is kept clean and safeRequirementsDesired candidates will possess the following qualifications:- Previous experience in Restaurant Equipment repair that is verifiable- Familiarity with refrigeration, electronics and all aspects of Restaurant Equipment- Excellent root analysis skills- Ability to work well with customers- Ability to do some travel to do repairs on Customer Site (No overnight)- Must be dependable and have reliable transportation- Must be willing to work flexible schedule (Mostly 8-5 Mon-Fri) Willing to stay after hours or come in early occasionally to complete tasks when necessary- Self-motivated and able to work without immediate supervisionWork Conditions:- Sitting, Standing, Walking, some light lifting, minimum outside working in the elements when checking in shipments, walking to warehouse around business including upstairs.
