Electronic Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionWe are looking for skilled electronic assemblers to work at a great company in Loveland. This is a temp to hire opportunity and 1st shift. The basic job description follows:Assembles and tests simple to complex electronic and electro-mechanical products in a contract manufacturing team based environment using established procedures. Safely assembles and tests electronic and electro-mechanical products using hand tools and/or complex machines (robots) from written instructions according to IPC (industry standards). Assumes no workmanship or material defects are passed downstream resulting in a defective free product to deliver to customer. Manage time to ensure on-time delivery of product at or below standard assembly lines. Makes recommendations to improve quality, increase productivity, manufacturability, or reduce costs. Be able to work with minimum supervision, read and follow documentation in English, ESD training, Electronic component identification training, IPC-A-610C training, ability to record and interpret test results, requires attention to detail and a sense of urgency, regular, full time attendance.
