Manufacturing Operator

Kelly Services has a great opportunity for Manufacturing operators located in Clear water FL for a large pharmaceutical company.   2nd shift – 2:55PM to 11:00PM @ a pay rate of $10.48 per hour 3rd shift – 10:55PM to 7:00AM @ a pay rate of $10.83 per hour   OBJECTIVE: This position performs various lens fabrication and inspections. Duties to include operating lathe and milling machines, lens polishing, finished product inspections and primary packaging.   KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure product meets all acceptable criteria per SOP. Follow all regulatory guidelines and safety policies Support, encourage and participate in team related activities Report ideas and/or suggestions to supervisor Assist in training manufacturing associates using prescribed training methods and tools Report unusual conditions and problems to supervisor Practice good housekeeping     QUALAIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED Hand/Eye coordination Hazard communication Safety practices GMP and ISO training Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical device or pharmaceutical industry (Intraocular lens manufacturing)   EXPERIENCE: One or more years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience IOL manufacturing experience preferred Knowledge of cleanrooms specific to proper cleanroom behavior   Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
