Job DescriptionIn this position, you will need to learn Title IV-E and apply its requirements to a revolving caseload of 450 - 600 children placed in a foster care setting. As part of the job you will be expected to complete timely initial and annual recommendations including requesting missing or additional information from counties tribes and state adoption staff and documenting the requests and responses to those requestsMaintain IV-E eligibility files, including copies of appropriate and necessary court orders completed eligibility forms and other documentation used in the IV-E recommendation/determination processData entry of IV-E eligibility information into the state reporting systemCustomer service with the state and county agencies through telephone and emailRequirementsExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredAbility to learn quickly and apply strict processesAttention to detailAbility to work independently but also as part of the small teamHighlightsWeekly PayDirect DepositPaid HolidayAccess to health insuranceEmployee Assistance Program Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
