  Project Coordinator     Kelly Services is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for one of our top clients in Santa Rosa, CA.   As a Project Coordinator placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Clinical Safety Specialist.   This position will pay between 18-22/hour depending on project coordination experience within a clinical setting.   Additional Job Responsibilities Include:   Independently performs complex specialized function-related administrative tasks.  •Support Safety Database by:  - Entering new and updating existing adverse events into the Safety Database  - Ensuring a clear communication process with other parties involved in the  safety workflow process  - Consulting the appropriate medical personnel to ensure the entries are  accurate and completed within the prescribed regulatory timelines  Provide administrative support for the safety specialist/team:  - Filing events and printing CRFs/narratives as needed.  - Accessing databases linked to the Safety Database e.g. Case Report Forms in  EDC/RDC.  - Actively participating in meetings concerning ARGUS  - Responsible for archiving documents per document management guidelines  - Assist with reconciliations of Adverse Events between Safety tracker and  database  Internal Reporting of Product Complaints after content review of the Safety Specialist to  the internal MDT departments Identify and implement process improvements Conduct research, gather and compile information for reports Provide and analyze Metrics information, compiling information from various  sources    Job Requirements:   High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor degree preferred in business administration, healthcare administration or related field Experienced in providing administrative support in a clinical or healthcare environment Advanced knowledge in the use of MS Word and Excel Familiar with Medical Terminology   Why Kelly?   With Kelly®, you’ll have access to some of the world’s highest-regarded scientific organizations—providing you with opportunities to work on today’s most challenging, research-intensive, and relevant projects.
