Processing Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

This position is for a Processing Specialists placed with Kelly Services. Location: Springfield, OH Monday through Friday 8am-5pm 12.50/hr Temp-hire Day to Day Responsibilities: Process documents in an accurate and timely manner to ensure proper insurance coverage for homeowners and client satisfaction goals.  Make appropriate updates to client database in order to meet regulatory obligations.  Make timely premium payments from established escrow accounts to ensure continuous coverage.  Manage time to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.  Communicate and coordinate with insurance agents and/or insurance carriers to verify information, update status, and meet deadlines/requirements.  Build and maintain effective internal working relationships and support teamwork in meeting company goals.  Communicate status updates and appropriately escalate issues and opportunities to meet the needs of clients and homeowners.  Strong skills:  Basic computer skills  Strong attention to detail  Ability to adapt well to change  Demonstrated ability to work successfully in an environment focused on production and quality Detail orientated  Solid typing skills  Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required Knowledge and Skills Basic computer skills  Ability to make good decisions  Organizational skills  Flexible to handle different assignment  Ability to learn multiple policies and procedures  Why Kelly?
