Job DescriptionGREAT OPPORTUNITY WITH A GROWING COMPANY IN ARLINGTON, VA!Duties/Responsibilities:Verifies and maintains all network, individual and/or facility/ ancillary provider-s information.Responsible for overall accuracy of credentialing database. Gathers data, builds/runs reports, and send out updates. Assists in the preparation of file reports and binders for monthly credentials committeeAssists on internal projects to obtain follow-up information as requested by Credentialing CommitteeRequirementsKNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIESBasic skills in operating computers and using common software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets and performing web research. Communication skills to provide factual information, take clear and accurate messages, and write simple notes and instructions using correct spelling and grammar. Organizational skills to set priorities and complete tasks with competing priorities, tight deadlines, and frequent interruptions. Knowledge of basic office practices and procedures including organizing and maintaining office files. Ability to perform detailed clerical work accurately, even with frequent interruptions. Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills. Willing to learn.
