Job DescriptionKelly Services has an immediate opening for a part-time Contact Center Sales Representative.As Contact Center Sales Representative placed with Kelly Services, you will make phone calls to current and prospective customers in an agent's office. Lead lists and scripts will be provided by agent.Duties include:Make outbound phone calls to lead lists using scriptsIf customer/prospect is interested in more information or a quote, transfer the call over to the agent or staffMake notes regarding phone conversations (ie. left message, not interested, etc.)Hand-write note (script will be provided) on a postcard if customer/prospect is not availableYou will also go out and put up door handle flyers at approved apartment complexesPay-$12 an hour Schedule-Tuesday-Thursday 1:30pm-5:30pmRequirementsHigh School Diploma/GEDPrevious customer service/telemarketing experienceExcellent verbal and writing skillsAbility to communicate clearly with customer base Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
