Provide updated status on incoming ordersIII. General Office Dutiesa. Learn daily, weekly and monthly paperworkb. Learn order and invoice processc. At times, answer phones, direct calls, check PO-s and Shippers for accuracyRequirements:- Basic computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Windows)- Strong communication and phone skills- General offices skills, data entry- Knowledge of invoicing, purchase orders and generating estimates- Ability to learn new information and apply it- Strong customer service skills- Ability to work unsupervised and multi-task - Reliable transportation, valid driver license - Some sales experience, will train the right candidateHighlightsPay rate base on experience!!!
