Contract Analyst - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionSummary: The Contract Department is part of the Sales and Marketing Team. Contract Analyst is responsible for maintaining fully executed contracts that allow West-Ward to conduct their sales business. The Contract Analyst interacts with both internal customers (Sales/Marketing team, Customer Service, Legal, HR, Regulatory and Finance) and external customers (Government, wholesalers/distributors, GPOs, and hospitals).- All tasks are performed with minimal supervision.- Understands spreadsheets and provides FYI to Sales Reps- Runs pricing reports.- Oversee preparation of contracts.- Assist in negotiations of terms and conditions with Sales team.- Maintain contracts in hard copy and electronic forms.- Verify accuracy of contract set up in SAP.- Following sale, verify price for chargeback discrepancies.- Interact with Customer Service Department to verify WAC (wholesaler acquisition cost) and contract pricing.Interact with Finance Chargeback Teams to verify pricing and update SAP and Vistex.- Supply contract information for auditors on annual basis.- Run reports to track contract deadlines, pricing expiration and extend or temp extension expiration dates.- Track contract deadlines and send out contract renewal on a timely basis.Requirements- SAP, Vistex, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Outlook, attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal skills- Bachelors Degree or 2 years equivalent work experience in a Pharmaceutical or Manufacturer environment.HighlightsThis is a temporary assignment that could turn into something long-term!!If interested, please APPLY NOW or send your resume to Mary.Trace@kellyservices.com for immediate consideration Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
