Client Service Associate - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionAvailable Client Service Associate position! Primary Responsibility: This role provides support to the Client Manager. The Client Service Associate is responsible for ensuring every client receives exceptional service, always exceeding expectations and going the extra mile.This company provides business services to corporations around the globe. These services include training seminars, workshops, consulting activities, etc.Job Duties:- Ensure all client commitments are managed with zero errors.- Accountable for supporting the client managers and working with clients to deliver an exceptional operational experience - Client activity co-ordination and scheduling including workshop activities, coaching and follow up- Ensuring all venues logistics and arrangements are booked accurately - Managing costs efficiently- Preparing and sending out instructions to customers. This includes any pre-work, post follow up, results, evaluation scores, and reports-Maintaining a simple and easily traceable filing system, keeping accurate records- Assist Client Manager in creation of all sales reports and return on investment data for all existing clients - Ensuring that all deliveries are invoiced accurately and on time- Spotting new opportunities through client contact and passing onto the Client Manager- Ensure all company data is is clean, accurate, up to date and complete- Ordering of all marketing materialsInterpersonal Skills- Articulates clearly and thinks logically - Confident - Ambitious with potential to grow- Commercially astute - Desire to become an integral force in a rapidly growing business- Proactive, resilient, and self-directed- Strong attention to detail - Process driven to complete all tasks - Client service mentality - focus on going the extra mile and adding value Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
