Job DescriptionKelly Services is looking for a long term temporary Procurement & Contract Administrator. This is possibly a temporary to permanent position within the Procurement department of Western Digital in Irvine, Ca. The Procurement Admin is responsible for assisting the Procurement team in workload management, contract administration, data entry, reporting etc. This temporary position involves developing and refining procurement processes to enable the increase in efficiencies of the General Procurement team at WD. The position may also involve tasks associated with the team-s migration to a new ERP Cloud solution for Procurement functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Work with various Procurement stakeholders to identify incoming requests and prepare them for processing- Manage and monitor existing workloads of team members to balance the load for efficiency- Collect and provide status updates on projects to senior management and stakeholders- Identify urgent projects and escalate requests that require extra attention- Maintain a master spreadsheet of projects for team, identifying owners and monitoring progress- Measure and report on cycle time, volume and quality metrics for team-s performance- Perform contract electronic-signature routing processes via DocuSign system - Assist in requisition and purchase order expediting when necessary- Capture status notes and other administrative functions to support weekly status calls- Consolidate weekly reporting from team members- Develop continuous improvement plans to refine and enhance current processes- Document new and existing process in reference material and operating procedures- Use existing ERP systems to perform the above mentioned tasks- Provide timely updates, support management reporting of quarterly reports and address any issues quickly RequirementsQualificationsEducation and/or Experience Bachelor-s degree preferred with 3+ years of experience in Procurement administration, or contract management or similar - Excellent Project Management skills - Familiarity with sourcing & contracting tools (SAP and/or Oracle) - Demonstrated skills in reporting- Ability to work well in a high-pace dynamic environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure task completion and deadlines are met as required- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPointCommunication Skills:- Communicate well in English both in verbal and written form- Strong project management and organizational skills required- Attention to detail in written and verbal communication and reports Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
