Logistics Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

                                                                            Logistics Coordinator                                                                              Brisbane, California                                                              Active Secret Security Clearance Required   Responsibilities: Work with client’s customer base, airlines, and shipping carriers to coordinate shipments of customers goods. Coordination between all applicable parties for domestic, export import shipments while ensuring service commitments are achieved and maintained in accordance with client and company objectives. Prepare, issue and submit documents necessary to complete the shipping process and provide clients with advice concerning terms of delivery, payment, insurance and all other freight services. Ensure that invoices of rendered services are completed accurately and in a timeframe consistent with company policy. Tracking, tracing and document imaging functions. Customer service and updating of customer profiles. Data entry utilizing many software systems. Communication is both via phone and email.
