JOB TITLE: Customer and Field Sales Support Coordinator LOCATION: Warsaw, IN LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 1 year with potential for extension PAY RATE: $16-18/hour HOURS: F/T, M-F- This position requires flexibility to work and train full-time, varying hours on weekdays between 8 AM and 8 PM (EST) This position is responsible for providing superior, specialized service to sales consultants, in a professional, timely and self-directed manner. Day-to-Day Activities:  All interactions with are to be handled in a professional, helpful and timely fashion to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and ensuring attention to compliance requirements.  Daily activities include: Creates, enters and manages complex orders (via phone/ or e-mail) from sales force and internal business partners. Responsible for more complex sales inquiry/service complaint management to achieve a “close-loop” resolution process.  All work done in compliance to department SOPs and SOX. Assigns and/or serves as “Case Owner” to investigate escalated issues/service requests and communicates updates to Field and internal business partners. Follows-up on open inquiries and escalates unresolved calls to appropriate subject matter experts based on SOP. Reviews order error and order hold reports, kit hot lists, sales service issues, football logs, etc. and takes action based on need as instructed by SOP. Completes billing for orders returned and audited, Requests POs for items, usage fees, and freight charges. Notifies the consultant of billing for missing/dirty/damaged instrumentation. Addresses and resolves billing disputes. KNOWLEDGE SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:  High School Diploma – Required ( Associates/Bachelors- Desired) Ability to work in a fast paced environment Analytical mindset Strong basic knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Internet Navigation- Required Minimum of two (2) years’ related customer-focused experience- Required Advanced Excel skills (including vLookups and Pivot Tables), AS400, Access, SAP, or JDE- highly preferred, not required     This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
