Job DescriptionKelly Services is seeking a Janitor for a fantastic customer in the Northern Alabama area.Main Duties:Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include notifying management of need for repairs and cleaning different departments throughout building.- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. - Gather and empty trash. - Service, clean, and supply restrooms. - Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. - Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees. - Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.- Clean laboratory equipment, such as glassware and metal instruments, using solvents, brushes, rags, and power cleaning equipment.- Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. - Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, and ladders to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings.- Must be flexible; able to work either 1st, 2nd, or 3rds- Provide proof of education, highest level completed.- Must be able to pass a drug and background screen.If interested, please apply today!
