Job DescriptionThis Recruiter will be responsible for helping achieve strategic goals by identifying and recruiting top talent in across North America. As a key member of our HR team, you will build strong partnerships with management to effectively identify top talent, lead the recruitment strategy and interviewing plan for each position, and serve as the subject matter expert for all levels of recruitment across various functions including manufacturing, engineering, scientific, and resource groups. In addition, the Recruiter will act as a -Brand Ambassador- at job fairs, schools, professional associations, and community organizations, promoting our customer as an employer of choice and ensure that all candidates have a positive experience. This position is based in Dublin, Ohio and requires approximately 10-15% travel within the U.S. Responsibilities include: - Execute full life cycle searches for non-exempt, exempt, and senior level positions (up to band 21) including developing strategy, sourcing (proactive networking, internet searching, cold calling, resume mining, database searching, etc.), conducting screening interviews, evaluating and presenting qualified candidates, facilitating feedback sessions, advising managers on offer components, extending and negotiating offers, and monitoring the onboarding process. - Build and maintain excellent client relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners by acting as a recruiting consultant, solving problems, and providing proactive and consistent communications. - Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience by providing timely and professional communications, providing feedback, addressing concerns, and seeking opportunities to improve the process. - Gather competitive data, industry trends, and labor market conditions and translate these to successful search strategies. - Understand and execute the Diversity Strategy to ensure Affirmative Action goals are met. Establish relationships with internal and external organizations to build a pipeline of diversity candidates. - Strive to meet and exceed key performance metrics including time to fill, quality of hire, offer to acceptance ratio, and diversity of final slate. Assist in providing analytics to HR management and the business with recommendations for improvement. - Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws by accurately documenting all recruitment activities in the ATS, provide expertise to hiring managers regarding their legal obligations, and staying current on applicable employment laws. - Partner with Staffing Coordinators to ensure an excellent customer experience for candidates, hiring managers, and HRBPs. - Evaluate recruitment processes to identify inefficiencies and make recommendations for process improvement/simplification. - Travel quarterly or as needed to locations throughout the US.Requirements- Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is highly desired; viable combination of education and experience will be considered. - Minimum of 3-5 years recruiting experience required; experience in both corporate recruiting and executive search are preferred. - Must have recent experience recruiting for manufacturing, both non-exempt and exempt level positions. - Must have expertise in recruiting both active and passive candidates including success in using proactive social media sourcing i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. - Familiarity with recruitment in union facilities, manufacturing, engineering and/or scientific settings is highly desired. - Experience in conducting hiring manager -intake- calls, documenting requirements, and creating compelling job postings to attract top candidates. - Experience with a variety of interviewing techniques including phone screening, targeted selection, panel interviews, etc. with the ability to summarize strengths and weaknesses of candidates for hiring managers and facilitate calibration sessions. - Understanding of non-exempt, exempt, and executive compensation plans required. - Experience in structuring, extending and negotiating offers for non-exempt, exempt, and executive positions. - Knowledge of employment laws is required; familiarity with OFCCP requirements and immigration processing is helpful. - Must have a working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point. - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), metrics management, creation and adherence to service level agreements. - Ability to keep up to date on talent market trends and using those findings to create effective sourcing strategies. - Ability to build productive relationships and communicate effectively with Ashland leaders, employees and candidates at all levels. - Excellent written and verbal communications, problem solving, negotiation and facilitation skills required. - AIRS certification highly desired. - Must be authorized to work in the US.If interested submit resume or Call Jermain@ 614.761.1054 for more information.Highlights**Competitive Pay** Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
