Job DescriptionOur client is a construction subcontractor with an immediate opening for a Construction/Service Administrator. The ideal candidate should have experience in a fast-paced service/construction team environment and be self-motivated to do what it takes to get the job done.Description- Maintain job number books and enter all new jobs in Computer Ease- Assist with account set ups and scopes, updates, activation and cancellation procedures and tracking of correspondence- Executes standard purchase orders and converts purchase order requisitions into purchase orders following Company policies and procedures- Follows up on orders placed, verifies delivery, and maintains documentation.- Monitor credit approval as required- Assist with dispatching service/inspection tickets to technicians- Process weekly invoices including job cost detail reports and review of time and materials- Ensure all inventory control sheets are entered in Computer Ease- Prepare weekly billing report and make necessary corrections- Process commission report, review inactive jobs, make corrections, and request approval- Assist technicians with job tickets for weekly timesheet approval and submission- Maintain proposals, bid logs, electronic folders, filing, necessary approvals etc. for all jobs- Prepare weekly service meeting notes- Train employee(s) designated as back-up- Perform other duties as assigned RequirementsQualifications- Ability to effectively utilize computers and software including Microsoft Office Suite, Computer Ease and other software required by the Company- Customer Service Experience- Purchasing and Purchase Order Experience- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions- Ability to maintain accurate and audit able records- Ability to work in a fast-paced service/construction team environment- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality- Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Familiar with/or use of "AIA" for construction billing- Ability to work set schedule- Ability to work overtime as neededHighlightsOur client offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefit package including:- Paid Holidays and Vacation- Medical Insurance- Dental Insurance- Vision Insurance- Short-term and Long-term Disability- Life Insurance- Health Savings Account- 401(k)We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
