Job DescriptionGlobal Transportation Company headquartered in the Triad area currently seeking an experienced Materials Planning Analyst. This person will be responsible for inventory levels and fill rates in the aftermarket parts distribution system. Extensive planning, forecasting, negotiation and the coordination of delivery schedules will ultimately provide measurable targets such as fill rates, turn rates, backorder lines and dollars.Qualifications* Bachelors Degree in relevant field or 3 years experience in Inventory Management, Production Planning or Purchasing. * Strong knowledge of PC applications required, especially Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Access desirable.* Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills.* Strong math, problem solving, and analytical skills.This is a long term contract position with the opportunity to get hired, paying $20-21/hr.Qualified candidates must have: * SAP experience* Degree in Supply Chain Management or 3-5yrs of Material Planning, Inventory Planning, etc.As a Kelly Services employee, you will also receive great benefits, including: Optional health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, short-term disability, and group life insurance offered by third party vendor Qualifying holiday pay and year end service bonuses.
