DATA ENTRY ASSOCIATE
LOCATION: Peapack, NJ
DURATION: 1 month contract
PAY RATE: $16-19/hr.
Our client, involved in facilities and engineering, currently has an IMMEDIATE need for a Data Entry Associate in Peapack, NJ. This is a short term, 1 month CONTRACT assignment.
**2-3 days onsite per week with option to work remote 2-3 days per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review list of site energy, water and waste conservation projects, compare with projects entered in Enablon system and enter all projects not currently in the system. Engage site colleagues to obtain any required data to complete project data entry.
Develop a basic understanding of Sustainability database to facilitate project entry
Understand basic energy units and facility energy and water use
Enter projects into Sustainability database
Review project entered into system to identify anomalies
Primary interaction will be with the Global Engineering ECC group
Secondary Interaction will be with the EHS group
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency with computer data entry required
Knowledge of site energy use preferred.
Primarily looking for someone to do data entry, however facility or engineering experience PREFERRED because they will need to understand energy usage and identify anomalies that need to be brought to our attention to review.
