Intake Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionIntake Customer Service RepresentativeResponsibilities: Process referrals and authorizations Enters specific data/information from physicians' request into a medical management authorization system Review information and provide successful solutions and generates correspondence as necessary Meet production quality and goalsTraining: 2-4 weeks of training Perfect attendance is required during the first 90 days of employmentRequirements/Skills: Minimum 6 months of experience in medical production/data entry environment Medical Terminology and ICD 9/10, CPT knowledge or experience Clerical entry level administrative Windows fundamentals and Data Entry: Alpha Numeric 8000 ksph with 95% accuracy Good work history Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Fluent bi-lingual a plus Strong listening skills Education: HS Diploma, GED, or higher educationSchedule: Must be flexible to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 5am and 500pm M-F Will be able to choose an 8 hr shift between 5am and 6pm M-F after training Overtime or weekend hours may be mandatoryStatus: Long term temporary opportunityPay: Pay rate: $15.50/hrLocation: Rancho Cordova, CARequirementsHave a H.S.
