We are hiring for a cutting edge forging metals company for the following positions and locations, when applying please indictae for whcih role you would like to be consider for:  Quality Engineer – Ballardvale St, Wilmington Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and minimum 5 years’ experience working in the medical or aerospace industries.  Ensure compliance to ISO9001, ISO13485, AS9100 and FDA CFR820.  Responsible for the development of part specific quality plans based on customer requirements in a manufacturing environment.  Experience in geometric tolerances, ability to read blueprints and interpret to ANSI specifications.  Must have a good understanding and ability to develop and document Risk Assessment, FMEA and Process Control Plans, CAPA activities.  Candidate must have excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.   Production Control Assistant– Woburn Seeking a highly motivated individual to assist in materials management function including procurement, storage and control and distribution of raw materials and finished goods. Responsible for managing a staff of Quality Engineers and Mechanical Inspectors.     Maintenance Mechanic (3:30 PM to 12:00 AM) – Wilmington, MA Minimum 5 years of experience with trouble shooting and repairing manufacturing and plant equipment, while maintaining records.  Perform preventative maintenance on designated equipment, including appropriate documentation and logs.  Handle emergency repairs and minimize downtime.  Carry out maintenance projects that will include electro/mechanical systems, HVAC, Mechanical Press repairs, compressors, precision equipment, waste reduction, building and ground upkeep.  Experience with CMMS systems a plus.  Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external resources to support maintenance activities.  High School or Trade School diploma and good computer skills.   CMM/Mechanical Inspector (1st Shift/Temporary and 2nd shift) –Woburn, MA  Seeking organized, self-motivated, individual to perform mechanical inspection on a variety of components with the ability to multi task.  Ability to run CMM and programming experience a plus.  Minimum 3 yrs experience in a machine shop environment conducting mechanical inspection. Ability to conduct first piece, in-process & final inspection, using micrometers, calipers, indicators and other measuring equipment.  Must understand and interpret geometric tolerancing.   Excellent computer & Microsoft Office Applications skills.  Follow written & verbal instructions with the ability to read blueprints.   Why Kelly®?
