Job DescriptionCustomer Service Support ProfessionalDo you have excellent customer service skills? Do you pride yourself on being able to problem-solver and deliver solutions to your customers? We are looking for experienced customer service professionals just like you, to work at a transportation company in Green Bay. The role you will play as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) is to: - Drive business relationships by ensuring consistent customer satisfaction through service delivery- Anticipating customer needs- Communicating effectively and professionally with customers and internal leadership. As the CSR you will use internal reporting systems as well as customer websites to track and handle customer needs, answer incoming calls to field customer questions. You will also perform outgoing inquiries and follow up calls to ensure that there are no service disruptions. You will also be responsible for meeting goals. Successful individuals will have customer service experience, call center experience, and/or the ability to direct difficult conversations, problem-solve, and handle advanced customer issues. You will be responsible for navigating through several computer programs at a time, while providing/entering accurate information throughout. All shifts currently available Pay Range: $13.00-14.00 an hour Requirements:- Possess a minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment - Advanced computer skills- Proficient in Excel, Outlook and data entry- Effective oral, phone, and written communication skills - Ability to work in multiple systems - Strong data entry and Microsoft Office 2010 skills - Analytical skills - Accurate and detail oriented - Ability to work in rapidly changing environment - Positive role model for other team members providing support and enthusiasm Apply today!
