Job DescriptionOperations Planning and Control CoordinatorPosition Summary: The Operations Planning and Control Coordinator is responsible for the internal and external support of the Operations Management team and day-to-day administrative functions, serving as the liaison between Operations departments and Client Services.Responsibilities: 1. Daily Department status reporting2. Project logging, scheduling, closing and reporting3. BPC Project closing4. Review and validation of project work instructions of CSD requests including identifying and communicating changes and.or corrections needed within project tickets and reproduction requests. 5. Inventory Operations management with production scheduling6. Miscellaneous Operations administrative functionsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task2.Detail oriented with strong analytical, organizational, planning solving skills3. Strong communication and listening skills, ability to establish a rapport with Client Services4. Ability to take directions yet work independently5. PC literacy to include Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency in BPC, BLS, ERP and other core applications as applicable6.
