Job DescriptionAs a Production Support Technician, you will provide day-to-day operations support for all Manufacturing areas. This will involve the fulfillment of the daily and weekly production support schedules and adapting to schedule and personnel changes as required, in order to ensure that deliveries are made on time and that both internal and external customers' needs are consistently met. Your specific duties for this role will include: -Assembling bottle preparation for manufacturing use, manifold assembly and other components -Performing washroom activities, staging and setting up bottles for production use, and maintaining inventory -Weighing out, diluting, and verifying chemicals for in-process solutions (working in weights and measurements) -Working in a cleanroom environment with full cleanroom gowning -Ensuring availability of all materials, equipment, and tooling is available (inventory maintenance) as required -Training on all assigned procedures -Cross training to assist in other production areas/departments as needed -Maintaining an organized and clean workspace -Assisting in the review of documentation for assigned functions -Following GMP documents (SOPs, Manufacturing Records) with strict adherence to safety and compliance, following OSHA safety regulations for bloodborne pathogens, and ensuring ongoing FDA compliance -Performing additional duties as required As a Production Support Technician, you must also be very detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time-management and multitasking skills. You should also be eager to learn and able to be cross trained to assist in other production areas and departments as required. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally with employees and supervisors at all levels of the organizational structure. RequirementsSpecific qualifications for the role include: -High school diploma or GED -One to three months of related experience and/or training -Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with full cleanroom gowning -Ability to operate an autoclave -Basic knowledge of MS Office and software systems used in product support -Availability to work irregular hours and days as necessary in order to meet production schedules Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
