Industrial Assembler - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionGreat Opportunity!! We are looking for Mechanical Assemblers to work for Kennametal, a leading manufacturer in the Bedford, PA area. This is a full-time position with a very competitive wage and great working environment. You must be able to work three rotating shifts and have reliable transportation. This position will consist of 40 plus hours / week.Duties consist of but are not limited to: Inspects product during manual or automatic clip/pack operations. Pack product in containers and place on skids. Operates clipper or pack station at optimal level to meet or exceed established daily production rates that are assigned by shop orders. Inspect parts to meet established ISO requirements (i.e., labels, piece count, containers). Inventory: Responsible for management of WIP and components (i.e., hardware, clips, washers, buckets, boxes). We are conducting interviews immediately.You must be able to pass a criminal background test and pre-employment drug screenRequirementsThis position requires: (1) a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma; (2) completion of basic math, blueprint reading and gauge-reading training; and, (3) ability to understand written and oral instructions and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
