Develop various deliverables such as: digital training manuals, job aids, infographics, classroom activities, assessments, workbooks, etc. for our medical device sales teams and sales managers.  3. Organize and transform raw content into usable, logical, concise, functional training documents  Description: **This person will work remotely most often, but they would prefer a candidate who can go to the Boulder, CO office to interview, and once per week once on assignment.**  Position Purpose: As a member of the CLD Training Operations Design Team, the Instructional Designer will design a variety of sales training deliverables for the sales teams and sales leadership. This candidate is responsible for identifying target audience needs, determining learning goals, developing learning objectives and designing engaging, impactful learning content that aligns the concept of the Flipped Classroom and the Modern Learner.  Position Responsibilities:  • Create instructional design documents that adhere to modern learner principals and the concept of the flipped classroom  • Collaborate closely with the Principal Manager of Curriculum Design, writers and multi-media specialist – to develop various deliverables such as: digital training manuals, job aids, infographics, classroom activities, assessments, workbooks, etc. for our medical device sales teams and sales managers.  • Organize and transform raw content into usable, logical, concise, functional training documents  • Ensure design documents adhere to Medtronic verbal identity standards, CLD CoE content design standards, legal, regulatory and intellectual property standards  This includes:  • Designing content to align with the learning needs of the target audience  • Repurposing content to align the learning needs of the target audience  • Structuring content and activities to maximize learning and retention  • Incorporating multi-media support learning (visual aids for face-to-face, various multimedia)  • Developing assessments for classroom activities and exams     Basic Qualifications:  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or Instructional Design/Curriculum Development  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite  • Proficient in online collaborative task management tools such as Workfront  Preferred Qualifications:  • Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design/Curriculum Development or comparable program  • 3+ years of instructional design experience  • 1+ years of instructional design in a business environment, medical device or pharmaceutical environment preferred  Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish strongly preferred  Required Job Competencies:  The ideal candidate must be able to:  • Use an analytical, inquiring and critical thought process  • Apply original and creative problem solving to complex tasks  • Be highly organized and detailed  • Multi-task, prioritize workload and manage time effectively  • Be self-disciplined, focused and independent  • Be team-oriented and communicate skillfully at all levels of the organization Why Kelly®?
