Packaging Associates (1st shift warehouse) - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionKelly Services is seeking 1st shift Packing Associates for an electronics distribution center in Swedesboro, NJ. Hours: 8a-5p, M-F (some OT required including weekends) Location: Swedesboro, NJ Pay: $12\hr. Duration: temp/project Packing Associate essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Assembles computer and related products in accordance to work instructions- Performs material handling duties; unpacking and packaging hardware - Scanning of numerical data along with label creation will be required along with special packaging- Logs and tracks orders accurately using established procedures- Assists other associates- Ensures record keeping requirements are met- Maintains a professional and clean work environment- Performs assembly of hardware and software - Performs any additional duties as assigned- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completionThe ideal candidate will possess:- 1 yr. warehouse packaging exp. - Must be willing to work OT when needed, including weekends - Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. - Able to express ideas clearly and convey necessary information- Able to troubleshoot system-related problems- Able to use relevant computer system applications (which may include spreadsheets, word processors, databases, etc.) at a basic level- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlinesRequirementsThis is a project based position.
