Job DescriptionAssembly Workers needed for Manufacturing Plant in Athens, GAHours: 1st: Mon-Thurs 5am-3:30pm2nd: Mon-Thurs 4pm-2:30amPay: $11 for 1st and $11.75 for 2nd. Duration: One year**We will begin interviewing immediately for these openings. If pre-selected, please be on the lookout in your email for the onboarding paperwork*Responsibilities include:-Perform assembly and inspection processes-Complete work required within the cycle time-Use hand tools to assemble hardware with various clamps, clips, and bracketsRequirementsRequirements:- Previous 6+ manufacturing or production experience (assembly line)- The ability to stand for extended periods of time (10-12 hour days)- The ability to lift at least 35 pounds and sometimes up to 50 pounds- Stable work history- Must have a High school diploma or GED-Ability to use hand tools such as battery operated tools, hand click torque tools, tie wrap cutter, nut drivers, and DC electric tools.-Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologiesHighlightsPerks of being a Kelly employee:- Holiday and Service Bonus plans- Weekly electronic pay- Benefit Alliance plans available- Monthly Attendance bonus for assembly workers
