Seeking Customer Service/Call Center Representatives - San Diego - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionWe are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives for our South and Mid San Diego County based clients. If you have the experience and knowledge, skills, and ability to perform this job successfully, we look forward to hearing from you!Essential Duties:Serves as first point of contact for inbound calls.Takes initial phone inquiry and will route call to the appropriate work group or staff.Has a friendly telephone manner with a clear speaking voice. Demonstrates a pleasant and professional demeanor and phone manner.Possesses good communication skillsStrong organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently with minimal supervision.Works well in a team environment.Possesses strong customer service skills.Operates computer terminal to receive and transmit messages, etc.Manages incoming calls with speed and accuracy.Handles information with discretionDisplays proficient typing abilityPerforms other duties as assignedRequirements:2+ years' experience in customer service role.Skilled in telecommunications.Skilled in customer facing interactions.Knowledge of Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
