Data Entry Specialist - Charlotte, NC - Full-time / Part-time

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Data Entry Specialist  for one of our top clients in Charlotte, NC. Pay Rate: $14.00 per Hour Schedule:  Monday - Friday; 7:30a-4:30p- 8:30a-5:30p- 10a-7p Shifts rotate, New Hires will be asked to work both Duration:  06/12/2017 to 06/08/2018 Start date: June 12th As a Customer Service Representative placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsibile for providing exemplary service to multiple clients, including product manufacturers, physicians, patients, and internal customers. DUTIES Logs information into appropriate database and triages all program specific mail to the appropriate reimbursement counselor and/or team leader.  Responsible for payer research and state assignment management.  Distributes reports daily, disseminating information to appropriate distribution vendors, reimbursement counselors and team leaders.  Maintains and promotes positive and professional working relationships with associates and management.  Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations. Performs related duties as assigned. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or Equivalent  Strong desire to develop health care research and analysis skills in order to support payer research, health care policy library and state management responsibilities  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Strong organizational and time management skills  Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously  Strong attention to detail Must have excellent time management skills  Why Kelly?
