Job DescriptionRetail Sales / Installer, Appleton, WIKelly Services, is looking for individuals to help install automotive equipment on cars in the Oshkosh, Green Bay and Greenville locations. Ideal candidates will be those who are team players but can also work independently, safety-conscious, customer friendly and detail-oriented.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Responsible for installing components onto vehicles. No welding required as all installation will be assembled without the use of welding equipment.Help customers with their purchases and up sell components. Commissions and bonuses involved with up selling.Wearing all required personal protective equipment which is provided. Order parts, answer questions ring up customers at the register.RequirementsRequirements:Required to frequently stand, crouch, kneel, and/or sit for extended periods of time. Position consists of repetitive motions required to install equipmentMust be able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. and be able to operate a cash register and help customers with products.Position is temp to hire or direct hire depending on qualifications.
