Call Center/Customer Service Representatives - Dublin, OH - Full-time / Part-time

Kelly Services is currently seeking several Call Center/Customer Service Representatives for one of our top clients in Dublin, OH. Pay Rate: $11.75 per Hour Schedule:  Monday - Friday;  6 positions at 8 am-4:30 pm 6 positions  10 am - 6:30 pm, 8 positions  11:30 am - 8 pm Duration:  06/12/2017 to 09/15/2017 Start date: June 12th As a Call Center/Customer Service Representatives placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for performing outbound calls to members and doctors’ offices to notify outcome of prior authorization, case details, and coverage dates  DUTIES Documents a call logs in the computer system (using multiple systems), and monitors outbound reporting to ensure timeliness of call completion  Monitors requests via e-mail for outbound call notifications  Additional duties as assigned  EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or Equivalent  6 months - 3 years of related experience  Have strong customer service experience especially phones  Requires proficiency in typing, communication, and customer service  Why Kelly?
