Philadelphia, PA Pay Rate: TBD Hours: 8am-5pm (Monday- Friday) Job Description: Possible temp to perm for right candidate, must be very experienced Exec Admin, excellent prioritization and professional communication skills. Must be flexible to some overtime Responsibilities: •     Under minimal supervision, provide U.S. administrative support for the Chief Claim Officer and effectively coordinate with the Chief Claim Officer’s Executive Assistant located in Bermuda •    Provide administrative support to additional senior Claims leaders as needed •    Compile monthly reports for the Chief Claim Officer, including organizing, proofreading and distributing materials •    Schedule and organize activities such as meetings (via Outlook), travel, conferences, special events and department activities •    Screen phone calls and visitors; re-route matters when necessary Qualifications •    Demonstrated ability to think and work independently with limited supervision. •    Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple objectives •    High degree of professionalism and a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information •    A proven track record in supporting the objectives of a senior executive(s) •    Prior working experience in a comparable role, preferable in a large company environment •    Excellent verbal and written communications skills •    Strong PC application skills: Microsoft Office such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and willingness to learn new applications as required Why Kelly®?
